What cryptocurrencies can I spend with Blueforce?+
Blueforce supports all major cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, SOL, USDC, DOGE, PEPE, and many more. We handle the conversion to fiat at the point of sale — you just tap your card.
How does the crypto-to-fiat conversion work?+
When you make a purchase, Blueforce automatically converts the required amount of cryptocurrency from your deposited balance to fiat in real-time at the point of sale. The conversion rate is locked at the moment of the transaction.
Is my crypto safe with Blueforce?+
Blueforce uses institutional-grade security including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, and role-based access controls. Your account is protected by multi-layer authentication. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we protect your data.
Where can I use my Blueforce card?+
Anywhere major card networks are accepted — both online and in-store, globally. The card also works with Apple Pay and Google Pay for contactless payments.
How do cashback rewards work?+
You earn crypto cashback on qualifying purchases. You can choose your preferred reward currency (BTC, ETH, SOL, or USDC). Rewards are credited to your Blueforce account automatically. Cashback rates and eligibility are as described within the app and may be updated from time to time.
What are the fees?+
Blueforce aims to keep fees transparent and competitive. Detailed fee schedules will be published at launch before any charges apply. There are no hidden fees — all charges will be clearly disclosed in the app prior to any transaction.
When is Blueforce launching?+

How do I verify my identity (KYC)?+
After signing up, you will complete a quick identity verification process. You will need a government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driver's licence) and a selfie or short liveness check. This is required by financial regulations. Most users complete verification in under 2 minutes.
What jurisdictions is Blueforce available in?+
Blueforce intends to operate globally. However, availability may vary by country due to local financial regulations. We will clearly communicate supported countries at launch. If you are unsure whether the Service is available in your jurisdiction, contact us.
How do I close my account?+
You can request account closure at any time by emailing support@blueforceprime.com. Upon closure, any remaining cryptocurrency balance will be made available for withdrawal to a verified external wallet, subject to any applicable legal holds.
